Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered, except in the following cases:
- You received the wrong product.
- The product was damaged during transit.
- The product is defective or unfit for consumption.
- The package was tampered with before delivery.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please email us with the following:
- Order Number
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
Refund Process
Once your request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refunds are generally completed within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If a replacement is available, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used food products.
- Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery.
- Orders placed with incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
- Products purchased during clearance or special promotional sales (unless damaged or incorrect).
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
If your cancellation request is approved before shipment, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Refund Timeline
- Request Review: 2–3 Business Days
- Refund Processing: 5–7 Business Days
- Replacement Dispatch (if applicable): 2–5 Business Days
